We figured out the Town of Cave Creek’s liability in Fressadi’s litigation, and simplified access to Freeman’s winning litigation here, here, and here.
Fressadi’s litigation causes us to seriously question Mariscal Weeks’ representation for the Town of Cave Creek and how Francia and Usama manipulated the consent agenda which was chock full of Deed of Gifts to the Town. Did the Town fail to follow ARS 9-500.12 and 9-500.13 in these instances too? What about impact fees? How did the Town justify the nexus for sewer fees when 95% of the homes built in Cave Creek are on septic?
How is it that Cave Creek has a Mayor with apparent ties to the Mafia, home to Ralph Mozilo, brother of Angelo who caused one of the largest mortgage scams ever perpetrated in the United States and had an official newspaper that printed Swastikas thinking it was funny?
