But according to the State Bar of Arizona, it was Bentley who filed the complaint. DOC032714 Adam Trenk sent us the copy of the official declination of the Bar Complaint filed against him for signing the petition as James Gandolfini aka ‘Tony Soprano.’ Seems everyone got the joke except sourpuss sycophant Bentley.
But this is the norm of sloppy journalism that has stunk up our town for the last 15 years. Sorchych set up his newspaper to oppose Bernard Buffenstein, Esq. when Bernie ran for council circa 1994. Donny did so by buying a dormant publication arranged by Jackie Davis for that purpose. He used a Hong Kong based company to do so and at that time was operating under two different social security numbers, one attributed exclusively to railroad pensioners.

PS- Vice Mayor Trenk contacted the State Bar again and learned that Hani Saba also tried to file a Bar complaint but the State Bar told Saba to pound sand. Since Saba is from Saudi Arabia, he should have plenty of experience in pounding sand.
