Readers will note that we have removed “Rodney Glassman” from our banner. Although we supported the regime change of Town Management, it appears that Rodney is acting “under the influence” and doing so in an arrogant, juvenile, and overbearing way. Although a monkey would be an improvement over Usama, Rodney is not performing in in congruence with how he appears on paper. As such, we took down our endorsement of him as Town Manager which leads to our questioning of Trenk with regards to transparency.
Sorchych recently quoted an article from the Western Free Press, a right wing splinter blog with few readers. (http://www.westernfreepress.com/) We couldn’t find the article. The article trashes Trenk for proposing on resolution on solar, since he works for a law firm / lobbyist who represents clients in the solar industry. Assuming the article to have some validity, then to be impeccable, Trenk should have disclosed his employer’s relationship with the solar industry, especially if he is going to propose a resolution. Adam wasn’t transparent causing us to question where and why Rodney was thrown before us to be Town Manager.
To replace one dictator for another is not in the best interests of Cave Creek, and is clearly in-congruent with the citizens of Cave Creek intent of electing new blood to lead the Town.
