In the May 16th, 2012 issue of the Sonoran News, Don Sorchych wrote a smear “editorial” about Congressional Candidate and former PV Mayor Vernon Parker knowing Mr. Parker has no way to rebut his editorial. Sorchych likes it this way because he can manipulate what the area residents read. Unfortunately, few have the means, time or inclination to uncover the truth, ergo the impetus of this website.
On May 16, 2012 Sorchych smeared Mr. Parker as follows: “A friend of mine told me this story. Although no spring chicken, she is very attractive. One evening she was enjoying a cocktail at a Scottsdale club, when Parker tried his best to seduce her and even brought in family issues to close the deal. He followed her to the parking lot demanding her phone number and address. She escaped.”
We want to set the record straight on this issue of just who the lechers are. We have in our possession a letter from an area resident who will remain anonymous. Here’s is a portion of her letter to us:
“Because I did not knee you in the groin nor report how you trapped me in (deleted) and forced your tongue down my throat……years ago, doesn’t mean I will continue to cower!”
So here is the Don Sorchych we know; a man with a holier than thou, self aggrandizing agenda. Someone did step forward and reported your own alleged lecherous behavior. Anyone else want to come forward? We’d like to hear about your experiences.
Sorchych, it is clear that your motivation is suspect for writing about Mr. Parker, given your own sordid track record. It calls into question your credibility and integrity. It appears to us that you are smearing Mr. Parker because he is a black man. If so, this makes you a bigot and racist too.
