Do Sorchych and His Sycophants Engage in Racketeering?

A Sonoran Truth Editorial, March 23, 2015.

On its face, it looks like “the Trenk Slate” lost the recent election, but what if the loss is part of a pattern of racketeering promulgated by Sorchych and his sycophants?

Usama admitted that he’d share information with Sorchych for Don to do his dirty deeds and publish disparaging articles in the Sonoran News about someone or something adverse to the objectives of the Sorchych syndicate.

Grace Meeth got wise to Don and Usama so Sorchych threw her under the bus. Not only was she ousted from office, but Grace had to spend over $10,000 to defend herself from an unfounded accusation of violating Arizona’s Open Meeting Laws.

Gil Lopez had a similar experience. Gil looked to improve commerce in Cave Creek, and wondered whether the Town could assist the Chamber of Commerce. Gil trusted Usama but the deceitful Town Manager turned the tables on Gil to fashion Gil as a spendthrift, all published in the Sonoran News with Bentley icing the cake by calling Gil a liar. Gil has spend close to a hundred thousand dollars on attorney fees to clear his name.

Freeman gets into a tiff with Sorchych since freeloading Don won’t pay maintenance costs on a shared driveway. Jerry ends up being threatened with arrest by the Town Marshal for repairing his property. The Town then tries to take his property without due process or compensation for a “horse trail.”

Don publishes a Nazi neighborhood cartoon in S’Nooze and the next thing you know, Adam’s truck is tampered with and his horse is poisoned. Sorchych decides Fressadi is dangerous to the syndicate, so Sorchych sycophants Usama and Ian set Fressadi up by requiring the creation of a fourth lot to approve a lot split where in reality, the Town violates his 5th and 14th Amendment rights, state statues and converts a lot split into an unlawful subdivision. In doing so, the Town violates its own zoning ordinances and subdivision ordinances. Town Attorneys conceal material facts and law to obtain favorable judgments. Stein has Fressadi arrested on trumped up charges later dropped but all of the Sorchych shenanigans are published in the S’Nooze to portray Fressadi in a false light.

Usama betters himself by stealing from the Town. He manipulates the consent agenda, has Carrie massage Town Council minutes to suit the syndicate’s agenda, puts the Town into millions of dollars of debt, and then erases the damning evidence after he is terminated with his girlfriend as his accomplice.

There’s more. Much more. Look at the election. Hoeppner touts that Trenk is wasting taxpayer money by causing a $3 Million lawsuit from Usama. The lawsuit is frivolous but the Hoeppner con places Trenk in a false light such that all the time, money and effort Adam spent on helping the Town culminates in his defeat due to lies and slander, not substance.

Arizona’s RICO statutes only require a preponderance of the evidence to obtain a conviction. Per A.R.S. 13-2314, persons who sustain injury to their person, business or property by racketeering are entitled to the recovery of treble damages and the costs of the lawsuit, including reasonable attorney fees.

Per A.R.S. 13-2308, a person like Sorchych, Hoeppner, Esser or Usama participates in a criminal syndicate by intentionally promoting or furthering the criminal objectives of a criminal syndicate by inducing or committing any act or omission by a public servant in violation of his official duty.  Assisting a criminal syndicate is a class 4 felony.

A preponderance of the evidence of these predicate acts by the Dark Side involve fraud, theft, and deceit capable of being prosecuted under Arizona Revised Statutes 13-1802, 13-2310, and 13-2311. Persons convicted of violations under 13-1802 or 13-2310 where damages exceed $100,000 are not eligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon or release from confinement on any basis, except under rare circumstances.

$60 Million for water and sewer blunders. The escalated cost of Spur Cross. Flagrant violations of the General Plan causing takings of property. Rezoning with impudence. Building a water storage tank on private property costing the Town millions. All of these are predicate acts where Usama and his puppeteer ought to be convicted and locked up with no suspension of sentence.
