Ending Insanity

A Sonoran Truth Editorial, September 3, 2013.

rgood488@aol.com recently subscribed to the Sonoran Truth with a user name of “Insanity Ensues.” Their subscription was accepted though we take exception to their user name.  “Insanity” as a medical term is no longer favored in the scientific community but is still used in law to describe mental illness where the individual is not responsible for his or her acts. To the sociopaths in the South, segregation was normal, integration was insane.

The definition of “ensue:”  1. To follow as a consequence or result. 2. To take place subsequently.

To the sociopaths of Cave Creek, the Sorchych Sycophants (“SS”),  “insanity ensues” apparently based on the results of the Town Council election. But just as ending segregation in the South wasn’t insane for the oppressed Blacks, ending the totalitarian rule in Cave Creek is not insane either. One could say that the Town finally woke up and came to its senses. Sanity ensues.

But perhaps rgood@aol.com picked the user name “insanity ensues” to address the recall movement started by the Sorchych Sycophants (i.e. the “SS”)  to which we would agree. Don and his gang of thugs can move to a white supremacy town in Idaho. The future of Cave Creek is owned by the young men and women who showed up in force to support positive change– a bike lane in Cave Creek. Something as simple as a white lane and four feet of asphalt could be enough to make a huge financial difference to local business. It signals the values and healthy lifestyle that will steamroll the Sycophants and flatten their shrill voice into submission.
